Airalo eSIM review

Airalo has the biggest catalogue: country, regional and global eSIMs in 200+ destinations, from small data packs to year-long global plans. Fixed-data prices are low, at $10 for 5 GB in Japan. Its unlimited plans slow to 1 Mbps after 3 GB a day, and reviews mention more connection problems than rivals get.

How we test

  1. 01

    We buy it ourselves

We pay for every eSIM we review. Providers don’t see a review before it goes live.

  2. 02

    We test on the ground

Setup, speed and coverage tests on iPhone and Android.

  3. 03

    We re-check every day

Plan prices update daily. Scores are reviewed when a provider changes its plans.
